As a part of the Early Citizen Involvement process, we organized a second guided visit to the commune of San Gregorio, where parts and facilities of the green hydrogen project will be installed and constructed in the near future.
This second guided tour brought together academics and social leaders. Students from the University of Magallanes and members of the Civil Society Council of Magallanes (Coresoc) had the opportunity to tour the area where the camps will be installed, marine works will be carried out and a desalination plant will be built, in addition to learning about and understanding the work being done about avifauna with radar technology, which allows us to collect information on local birdlife.
Antoine Liane, who is our General Manager of the H2 Magallanes Project of TotalEnergies H2, and Francisco Gonzalez, who is our Social and Environmental Manager, were together in charge of giving answers to our visitors.
